Where do you ship from?
I ship all orders myself from Southern California :)
My package says delivered but I never received it.
Please allow an additional few days for your package to arrive. I have been seeing an increased number of cases where the shipping service marks a package as delivered or accidentally scans it as delivered before it's actually delivered. Also, please check with your neighbors as packages get delivered to the wrong address all the time. Once a few days have passed and you still did not receive it, please contact me.
When do you ship?
If your item is in stock, I usually ship the same or next business day. I ship Monday-Fridays unless it's a holiday.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! However, shipping overseas can take up to several months. I recommend you check with my international retailers to see if the deck you desire is in stock. This may reduce shipping time as well as shipping costs. You can check the list of my retailers here: Currently, I only sell oracle decks overseas (not journals or art prints.)
How long does it take to ship?
Shipping time depends where you live and which shipping option you select. If you choose
First Class shipping in the US, USPS estimates 2-5 business days to deliver your package from the time they receive it.
Priority Mail in the US, USPS estimates they will take 1-3 business days to deliver your package from the time they receive it.
To explain further: If you place an order on Friday evening, and choose Priority Mail (1-3 business day) your order will ship the next business day (Monday) unless Monday is a holiday. It does not mean you will receive it within 1 business day of placing your order.
There have been unexpected delays in the past where USPS accidentally sends your package to the wrong state before realizing it, and then have to send it to the correct state. Also, natural disasters cause delays as well such as Covid restrictions, hurricanes, floods, fires etc.
If you live overseas, shipping time can be as fast as 2 weeks to several months and varies each time and by the country destination. Sometimes packages get stuck in customs for unexpected reasons as well.
