Get more rest today or this week in any way possible. Sleep in late, take a mid-day nap or go to sleep early. Take the day off from chores and give yourself a break. Everyone is different and some people need more than 8 hours of sleep to feel fully rested. That can also vary on the time of the month as well! Turn off your electronics a couple of hours before bed since they can keep you wired and prevent you from falling asleep. Try yoga nidra during the day, which is similar to a power nap. Listen to a meditation before bed.
