YOUR SELF-CARE MESSAGE:
Visualizing is one of my all-time favorite things to do. Today, I know how powerful it is in manifesting. Visualizing helps me focus on what I desire therefore believing it will come true. It also helps me calm down in times of stress. Visualizing is really easy. I like to do it 3 different ways. One is to simply sit or lay down comfortable and “space out” and daydream about the future. Two, I like to make lists listing specifically what I desire. Dream big because the sky is the limit.
