Who doesn’t love books? Going to the library is a great way to get a change of scenery and be somewhere quiet. Go to a library, browse some books and sit down and read. Try not to distract yourself with your phone, so if possible, turn on airplane mode or do not disturb so you can sit for a few minutes in silence to read. If you don’t have a library nearby, you can also check out a bookstore!
