YOUR MANIFEST PROSPERITY MESSAGE:
02. The more I give, the more I receive
Everything we do affects our future through the law of cause and effect. Everything we give and put out there, will come back to us, good or bad.
Have you ever heard someone say, “I don’t get paid for this” or “this isn’t part of my job description”? Based on what I’ve observed, the people that are not team players at work, only mind their own business and don’t care about how their company operates as a whole, don’t see much success in life. When you offer help to others, the law of cause and effect or karma returns that to you.
It is important to note that it matters whether you do something out of your heart or in order to gain something in return - giving for the sake of helping simply because you want to. This doesn’t mean you should let people take advantage of you because you’re afraid if you say no to someone, it may cause bad karma. This is simply not true. You must know your boundaries. But being willing to go above and beyond for someone even if it’s not your job is a great way to give to others. The Universe sees all your good deeds and people who are giving and generous get rewarded for it. When the time comes when you need help, someone will show up for you.
There are many things and ways to give. You can give money but you can also offer your time and help to someone. Don’t be that person at work who tells someone “that’s not my job.” Be the person that goes above and beyond because people will remember that, request to work with you and recommend you for better paying jobs. Not only that, but helping them will inspire them to do the same for someone else and that ripple effect will continue to spread.
Give a dollar now so you can give a million when you’re wealthy. This starts now. Giving begins now. If you choose to give money, don’t wait until you have more money in order to give. Every dollar helps and you’ll not only be doing something good for someone else, you’re also helping yourself by practicing generosity and those are the people that get rewarded for their selfless deeds.
When was the last time you were generous with someone?
Do you usually give a lot to others without receiving? Or receive a lot without giving?
How can you be more giving today?
Do you have healthy boundaries around saying yes and no to people?
Do you often say yes when I really want to say no?
Do you often say no when I should really be saying yes?
How do you feel when I help others?
How do I feel when others help me? Why?
