I bought these beautiful self care cards to share with my clients who are pregnant or new moms. I’m so excited to start using them. They are beautiful and I love the little book that comes with them to give you ideas of what to do for each activity.
If you own any deck this journal can be used for any I feel like, the only down side is I wish it had more questions on each different page I didn’t know every page would be the same. but overall I love it to help me know How I am truly doing for the day pull a card and write your feelings about it helps extremely, I’ve never seen a journal quite like this and I’m so happy to have purchased it :)
This self-care journal is such a great mindful tool. It only takes a few minutes a day to fill out. I fill mine out at night and it helps me keep a positive mood. It's a great companion to my BizzyPlanner and as long as Deja keeps creating this journal, I will buy it over and over again. I actually really love how the journal has a mood tracker at the end of each page because within the first couple of weeks I was able to see a pattern with my mood swings and have been able to figure out little things for me to do to improve my mood and express my emotions - yet not be all over the place with my emotions/turn into a emotional hot wreck all the time.😅
